Nursing Diploma

To keep pace with the rapid growth that health services witness, in the Kingdom, and expansion policy regarding technical education facilities in health sector and development of its relating programs in such a way to serve health development purposes, the institute designed a Nursing Technician Diploma program which is considered as the backbone for each healthy body.   Application of health sciences basis to provide global health care to patients. Acquiring technical skills and clinical methods for provision of safe nursing service to patients. Master of oral and written communication means to deal directly with medical cadres. The period of the program is 2½ years and half during which students attend four sessions including practical training session within the institute and in some clinics and hospital. The last session is a practical session as students spend most of the time in different sections of the hospital. The program includes practical and theoretical aspects which pertain directly to nursing profession. Such aspects include: Ethics. Social Nursing and Primary Health Care. Health Cultivation. The student who completes this program could work in different health sectors such as: Governmental hospitals. Private hospitals. Clinics.
