The need for qualified national cadres in the field of Respiratory Therapy emerged lately due to the fact that this field has become one of the important specializations required on a large scale by health sector due to its high importance in the medical sector. The institute introduced this program, for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf area, in collaboration with California College for Health Sciences in the U.S.A., so as to participate in elimination of existing shortage in this specialization.
-
Fulfillment of the critical need for Respiratory Therapy specialists.
-
Provision of practical training, for students, on the Respiratory Therapy specialization.
-
Utilization of modern equipments and tools to serve patients.
-
